<li>We do not verify, moderate or otherwise check the Listings or other supplier information on our site, although we reserve the right to do so at any time.  We are not responsible or liable for the content of any Listing.</li>

<li>Any testimonials contained or referred to in a Listing must set out the genuine comments or reviews of genuine customers/clients of yours.</li>

<li>We reserve the right to remove any Listing at any time, for any reason, and without notice.</li>

<li>We do not represent, warrant or guarantee that a Listing will result in the requests for quotes for, or the purchase of, your products or services.</li>

<h3>PROHIBITED USES</h2>

<li>You may use our site only for lawful purposes.  You may not use our site:</li>

<li>We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any Contribution by you constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy, or is defamatory.</li>

<li>We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any Contribution by you or any other user of our site.</li>

<li>We have the right to remove any Contribution if, in our opinion, it does not comply with these Terms of Use, or the spirit of them.</li>

<li>infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;</li>
<li>be likely to deceive any person;</li>
<li>be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;</li>
<li>promote any illegal activity;</li>
<li>be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;</li>
<li>be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;</li>
<li>be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;</li>
<li>give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; and</li>
<li>advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.</li>

<h3>SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION</h2>

<li>We will determine, in our absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use.  When such a breach has occurred, we may take whatever action we deem appropriate.  </li>

<li>A breach of these Terms of Use may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:</li>

<li>immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site (including, without limitation, your Account, if applicable);</li>
<li>immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contributions (as defined above) by you to our site;</li>
<li>issue of a warning to you;</li>
<li>legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;</li>
<li>further legal action against you; and/or</li>
<li>disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.</li>

<li>We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms of Use.  The responses described in these Terms of Use are not limited, and we may take any other action that we reasonably deem appropriate.</li>

<li>If, as a result of any action taken pursuant to this section, we close your Account (if applicable), all data and information in and relating to that Account will be deleted and lost.  We will not be liable to you for any such deletion or loss.</li>

Those works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved. </li>

<li>You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for the purposes of finding, assessing and selecting suppliers of products and services in which you are interested, and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on our site.  </li>

<li>You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials that you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. </li>
